Sauce AP LLC ("Owner") provides training programs and content. By agreeing to these terms, you ("Recipient") acknowledge and accept the following:

1. Agreement Overview

These terms govern the usage of copyrighted materials created by Sauce AP LLC, including training videos, instructional guides, and marketing materials.

2. Grant of Rights

Sauce AP LLC grants the Recipient a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use copyrighted materials solely for training and learning for your personal or business use within your program.

3. Usage Restrictions

The Recipient agrees NOT to:

- Reproduce materials without written permission.

- Distribute materials for commercial gain without consent.

- Alter or create derivative works from the materials.

4. Ownership Rights

Ownership of the copyrighted materials remains with Sauce AP LLC. This agreement does not transfer ownership rights.

5. Payment Terms and Affiliate Program

The Recipient acknowledges that they will not receive any monetary commission or compensation for promoting Sauce AP LLC's course. Instead, the Recipient is granted the ability to offer the course to the athletes within their program. The discounted rate is exclusive to affiliates and is offered at a lower price than the general public rate. The Recipient may include the program as part of their own training offerings, but all payments for the course will be made directly to Sauce AP LLC.

6. Duration and Termination

This agreement is effective upon acceptance and remains valid until terminated. Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Sauce AP LLC reserves the right to terminate this agreement immediately if the Recipient fails to comply with these terms.

7. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Texas.
